1. How can I access my account?

• You can access your account at mail.graduate.utm.my or gmail.com

2. How can I reset my graduate password ?

• You can email to aduit@utm.my (make sure you attach your matrix card front & back for verification purpose)

3.  If I remember my password, can I change the password by myself ?

• Yes , you can change by yourself.

4. How to change it ?

• Log into your Gmail account, and click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner.
• Click Settings.
• Click “Accounts and Import” at the top
• In the Change Account Settings section, click Change password.
• You’ll be prompted to re-enter your current password to confirm your identity.
