VC SUPPORT
Support is provided exclusively for meetings conducted via Webex Video Conference or Google Meet. Examples of such meetings include JPU Meetings, Senate Meetings and others.

EVENT SUPPORT
Support is provided for specific events, subject to UTMDigital’s consideration. Staff members can request IT equipment loans and, if an event involves a Webex video conference or Google Meet, staff may also submit a request for technical support. Examples of supported events include Convocation Ceremonies, Accreditation Audits and others.

SISPAA UTM TICKET ID

Ticket ID will be issued after the request is submitted via SISPAA UTM.
