Office of Quality & Digital Transformation (UTMDX)
The Office of Quality & Digital Transformation (UTMDX) is a strategic office of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) that leads the University’s quality excellence and digital transformation agenda. Aligned with UTM’s aspiration to become a globally renowned research university, UTMDX drives institutional excellence by fostering a culture of quality, innovation, and digital advancement across the University.
UTMDX is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing initiatives related to quality management, digital governance, policy development, service transformation, digital solutions, and information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure. Through strategic planning, continuous improvement, and technology-enabled innovation, the office ensures that UTM’s digital ecosystem remains efficient, secure, resilient, and responsive to the evolving needs of the University community and its stakeholders.
To deliver its mandate effectively, UTMDX operates through three dedicated centres: the Centre for Quality & Service Transformation, the Centre for Digital Solutions, and the Centre for Digital Infrastructure. Together, these centres collaborate to strengthen institutional capabilities, enhance operational excellence, and accelerate digital transformation across the University.

MENGENAI KAMI
Pejabat Kualiti & Transformasi Digital (UTMDX) merupakan entiti strategik Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) yang menerajui agenda kualiti organisasi, transformasi digital dan pemerkasaan perkhidmatan universiti. Selaras dengan aspirasi UTM ke arah kecemerlangan institusi penyelidikan bertaraf global, UTMDX berperanan membangunkan ekosistem tadbir urus digital yang cekap, berkualiti, selamat dan mampan.
UTMDX bertanggungjawab merancang, menyelaras dan memantau pelaksanaan inisiatif berkaitan pengurusan kualiti, pembangunan dasar dan tadbir urus digital, transformasi proses kerja, penyampaian penyelesaian digital serta pengukuhan infrastruktur teknologi maklumat dan komunikasi (ICT). Melalui pendekatan berteraskan inovasi, data dan amalan terbaik, UTMDX memastikan penyampaian perkhidmatan digital universiti sentiasa relevan, berdaya saing dan memenuhi keperluan warga universiti serta pemegang taruh.
Bagi merealisasikan peranan tersebut, UTMDX beroperasi melalui tiga pusat utama, iaitu Pusat Kualiti & Transformasi Perkhidmatan, Pusat Penyelesaian Digital, dan Pusat Infrastruktur Digital, yang saling melengkapi dalam memacu kecemerlangan operasi dan transformasi digital UTM.
UTMDX komited untuk memperkasakan budaya kualiti, mempercepat transformasi digital dan menyediakan perkhidmatan digital yang bersepadu, lestari serta berimpak tinggi demi menyokong misi UTM dalam pendidikan, penyelidikan, inovasi dan perkhidmatan kepada masyarakat.
