Manage committee appointments for procurement, payments, and project development.

Ensure procurement specifications from PTJ or UTMDX are approved by the ICT Project Technical Assessment Committee.

Ensure application development specifications from PTJ or UTMDX are approved by the ICT Project Technical Assessment Committee.

Support and ensure the approval of ICT project payments.

Monitor ICT projects and propose solutions.

Analyze and issue project achievement reports for UTMDX management and the university.
