Approach

MS ISO 9001:2015 CICT

Introduction

The implementation of MS ISO 9001:2015 is led by the Department of Digital Strategy – DDS (known as Strategic Management Office before) since December 2017.  The deployment of it has begun since 17 September 2018 and the scope involved is ICT Services to Improve Customer Satisfaction. There are six main processes and 22 Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that make up this Quality Management System.

Anugerah Teknologi Maklumat (ATM)

To recognize the Faculty/Division/Unit that have worked continuously to strengthen the widespread and innovative use of ICT in improving the effectiveness and quality of services to customers.
